ORDER INFORMATION

Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive a confirmation of order on the email address that you provided with us upon purchase.

If you do not receive this confirmation email, kindly contact us on info@lifeinink.com.au so that we can assist you further.

If you would like to make changes to your order after it has been placed, kindly contact us immediately and we will try to amend your order before it is sent to be processed. Unfortunately, we will not be able to ammend your order once your order is already in production stage.

PURCHASING POLICY

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy of colour throughout our printing process, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your device will match the true colours in life. We recommend turning up your brightness and turning off any colour-altering settings to give a more accurate representation of our artworks.  Unfortunately, such claims of colour irregularities will not be accepted under any circumstances.

For further detailed information, we recommend you contact us on info@lifeinink.com.au prior to placing your order if you have any questions or concerns. Due to the custom made nature of this product, we are unable to provide a refund, store credit or exchange based on change of mind, wrong decision or if you have not fully reviewed our detailed product information above.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Life In Ink ships worldwide! * 

Australian orders include FREE shipping with tracking information.

As we are nearing the Christmas Period, our normal processing times are affected due to the sheer volume of orders being placed during this time. Please allow up to 3 business days for unframed prints to be processed. Framed prints can take up to 7 business days to be processed as all of our frames are custom made to order.

All International orders for unframed prints will incur a flat rate fee for international delivery of $32.95. This includes tracking information and applies to unframed prints only. We currently do not ship framed prints internationally. 

 Once your order has been sent out, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. 

Where possible we ask to ship our framed prints to a commercial zoned address (eg a workplace) if possible, somewhere where there is someone Monday to Friday 9-5 business hours to avoid re-delivery fees. 

If your order has been returned to our warehouse due to failure of delivery, an additional fee will incur for re-delivery.

Once you receive your tracking number, it is your responsibility to keep up to date with your own delivery. Delays in shipping for framed prints are not our responsibility. We aim to get your order to you within the 1-2 week time frame. However, due to some circumstances & courier drivers, we encounter the occasional delay.

RETURNS POLICY

As all items are custom made for our customers upon order, we are not able to provide a refund for change of mind or wrong size chosen. So please choose carefully and make sure you are happy with your choice of design and size before purchasing.

Life In Ink takes special care in packaging of all products, in order to ensure a safe transit from us to you. However in the event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, please email us within 48 hours upon receipt, with a description and photos of the damage or issue so that we can discuss an alternative with you. If damages have been incurred during shipping - we will replace the artwork at no cost to you.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement/refund if 48 hours have passed since delivery as this is part of the courier's policies. 

In some cases we may require you to ship the print back to us for more detailed inspection.

We are not liable for damages sustained during hanging of your product(s).

Please note that we do not accept return or refunds for differences in frame colours as they are a natural product and we cannot guarantee that one frame will be the same as the other.

POST-OPENING DAMAGES

Life In Ink cannot absorb responsibility for damages sustained after the artwork has been opened or during the hanging process.

Frames must be correctly handled and not carried by one edge of the mouldings, this may cause damage to the frame and prints. Please take care when handling and moving your artwork. 

Life In Ink will authorise a refund or online store credit ONLY IF we are unable to fix the product. 

All canvas and art prints are not intended for use in direct bright sunlight, or will risk cause fading. We take no responsibility if you hang your artwork in direct bright sunlight, and it does this. Hanging prints in areas where water damage could occur also is not recommended due to potential damage risk. Please do not use chemical cleaners or similar that may damage the surface. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth (with water) no chemicals when cleaning.
